That empathy extended well beyond his films. Rob was a passionate advocate for children and for civil rights — from taking on Big Tobacco, fighting for marriage equality, to serving as a powerful voice in early education. He made California a better place through his good works.

Rob was the big-hearted genius behind many of the classic stories we love, with projects as wide-ranging as The Princess Bride to A Few Good Men.

His boundless empathy made his stories timeless, teaching generations to see goodness and righteousness in others — and encouraging us to dream bigger.

Well, I think that Trump’s dismal approval ratings and the Republican Party having no answers on health care and needing a big distraction as the deadline looms means it’s time for Trump to invade Venezuela.

So the GOP unveiled a healthcare plan with no ACA extensions.

Then GOP moderates rebelled, calling getting rid of the extensions “political shocked” and now they’re apparently going to vote on the new health plan *and* ACA extensions next week.

We’ll see.

This is about truth and justice—for victims and survivors. These subpoenaed photos from the Epstein estate are deeply disturbing and raise serious questions about who knew what, and when—which is exactly why the files need to be released.

The Epstein Files Act is law. Trump can release them today.
🚨 BREAKING: Oversight Dems received 95,000 new photos from Jeffrey Epstein's estate. These disturbing images raise even more questions about Epstein and his relationships with some of the most powerful men in the world.

Time to end this White House cover-up. Release the files!

The best moment in the History of the Word Caucasian came in a series of Supreme Court cases during the immigration panic of the 1920s.

The Naturalization Act of 1790 said that only "white" people could be naturalized as American citizens, but that only raised questions about what counted as white?
It stems from a literal belief that white peoples descended from the Caucasus mountains after Noah’s ark

In the 1922 case of US v Ozawa, a Japanese immigrant to the US essentially pointed to the color of his skin and said, look, I'm white, I should be eligible for naturalization.

But the court, embracing the new "science" of race, said, no, by white we mean "Caucasian"

The very next year, SCOTUS heard US v Thind, in which a South Asian Sikh insisted he was technically part of the Caucasian race based on language and anthropology etc.

The court said, ha ha, no, by "Caucasian" we mean white.
