I had a cheese salad sandwich (with homemade green tomato chutney) & a cuppa, listening to @RebeccaLeek_ s poetic Ditty Bag. You could have a fried egg sandwich, Greek salad or last year’s Christmas pud you forgot all about. Just make sure you give yourself 15 minutes to listen.
