So, I learned from a reporter who called me today that the impending bill to abolish my office may be morphing into a bill to fold the OCA into the Department of Energy. That's a distinction without a difference; it would still mean no independent advocate for utility ratepayers.

We talked about getting involved in grassroots efforts, supporting orgs like the ACLU, & holding Kelley Ayotte accountable. Takeaway: people are ready to stand up, speak out, and organize. #NHPolitics

Voted no, of course - but I do want to report that the activism DID work and persuaded members.
