The man was on the ground with at least four men atop him when he was murdered. It looked to me like several of the ICE agents were themselves shocked that one of their number had executed the man—especially as one had just beaten him repeatedly in the face with a gas canister, so he was no danger.

I have now watched the video of the execution today and it is absolutely horrifying. One cannot unsee it. You can clearly see in the video that an ICE agent fires multiple shots into the man *after* he is already shot and presumably dead. It was an execution in broad daylight by the Trump regime.
