Real life is underwater basket weaving! Everything people label "real life" is just for rent money.
I just figured something out. The reason why you study calculus and French and mythology and a whole host of subjects you're "never gonna use."

You study them to learn that there is a huge world outside your life and your direct needs. That there is knowledge you may not master, but should respect.
