there’s a certain amount of restraint needed for even the most decent human being to watch this video and not have a visceral reaction to want to choose violence against that man

I’m more convinced that the chef was furious with the host/manager for not doing due diligence in who they offer free meals too. He should’ve taken it in the back and dealt with it.

But I wouldn’t give a free meal to someone who doesn’t know what a James Beard award is ever.

The chef sounds like a jerk, but I’m sure her account embellished a few things.

I don’t believe he asked “Do you know who I am?” in a condescending tone, but literally was asking if she KNEW that he was the co-owner and chef once she admitted that she did NO RESEARCH on the restaurant.
