For what it’s worth, as a commander and officer it was my duty, moral obligation, and legal requirement to first question and then to not obey any illegal order I was given.
The same is true for everyone who swear their oath.

“…decision-based evidence making”. Exactly. That is Kennedy’s science policies, succinctly explained.
It would be one thing if they would study it in good faith, like newborn babes with no preconceived notions, and waste a ton of money. That's the best case scenario, and it's vanishingly unlikely compared to a bad-faith exercise in decision-based evidence making.
