ICE attorneys are refusing to be named in court and (some) judges are ok with this?
I have not personally seen this happen yet, but if I do, I would put the ICE attorney's name in the record myself.

My client is (or was) an asylum seeker from Mauritania. We were in the middle of his trial, which had been reset twice as we didn't get to finish it in January.
Then he gets arrested on charges of operating a sweepstakes machine. Took 2 mos but all charges were dropped.

To recap: I filed the writ of habeas corpus challenging the legality of Dr. Suri's arrest at 5:59 PM on 3/18/2025. After we filed, we found out that he had touched down in Louisiana about an hour before.
