The White House is considering using POLICY to force the birthrate up. One such proposal comes from Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, who would allocate federal funds based on which areas are having the most babies (those areas would get more funding for transportation projects).

We are going to see political investigations and prosecutions.
The question is whether the public, the courts and the media will recognize and call them out as political. Will they stand up against them or will people stay silent and allow them to continue.
