I worked in Bastion Square and we used the courtroom for lectures. Not a place you want to be at midnight.
The old provincial courthouse in Victoria has a long and dark history.
Many individuals were put to death on the property courtesy of the man known as The Hanging Judge.
Some are still buried there.
This is the story of this haunted location.

Sad to see that Beverly Thomson has died. Saw years' worth of her work on Canada AM. My favourite moment watching her was when Jay Onrait got her to break during the 2010 Vancouver Olympics.
