I've read that some medical facilities that offer transgender care have taken them down from their web sites. Apparently that doesn't necessarily mean that they've stopped offering those services. My guess is they're lowering their profile in these dark times. So don't presume; double-check.

I get it, really do
We are truly in the darkest of days, I fear for a lot of friends. But we need some light and joy, if we stop loving what we do, they win another battle....

If you are a federal worker being offered a buyout, I would advise against taking it.
Of course, this is a personal decision for everyone and it’s your choice.
But these offers are a rush job. The legality is questionable and this admin does not keep to its word.
They aren’t firing for a reason.
