I wonder if Kemi Badenoch will have anything to say in her speech about climate change, UK climate diplomacy or the UK's industrial future (which will not be based on fossil fuels). Her line is good news for some party donors, but it's not serious.

Will they take any account of the cost of capital changes brought about by the increased volatility? Every report shows even a small increase in CoC wipes out any possible benefits.

Last year, NC received $25 million from the US Dept. of Transportation to build underpasses on Highway 64 - an announcement that was widely celebrated. Vehicle collisions are a leading threat to critically endangered Red Wolves, + underpasses are seen as a potential solution.
Less than 20 red wolves remain in the wild. We had a plan to save them.
Then Trump got in the way.
