For a country currently obsessed with critical minerals and even discussing territorial annexation to secure them, alienating our Canadian friends is wildly at odds with US mineral security ambitions. Two countries make the #USGS top tier in terms of US import dependency: Canada & China.

Today, I’m sharing my plan to build that, together: markcarney.ca/media/2025/03/unite-canadian-economies

Pierre Poilievre can’t stand affordable housing. That’s why he calls it Soviet-style housing, and built only 6 units as Housing Minister.

We’re not going to let him stop our Liberal government from building more homes, faster.

Doug Ford is an abject failure on the most important area of provincial policy -- he's gotta go.

The housing crisis is wrecking Ontario, and threatening to pull Canada apart at the seams. We need way more housing construction, but Doug Ford is a NIMBY who's never gonna get it done

#onpoli #cdnpoli
Doug Ford set a vision where the middle class could afford suburban family-sized homes. Instead, Ontario single-detached homebuilding hit a 70-year low.

The point is to hurt them enough to change their action.

Well, here are a few pre-FES charts using data from Budget 2024.

Note that there was a *major* GDP revision on Nov 29th for the 2021-2023 years. Added +45B to 2023 GDP, so that's going to change some things for key ratios.
