Checks and balances still exist in our government. Congress can pass a law superseding an executive order to invalidate it; it can also override a presidential veto with a two-thirds majority vote. Or they can refuse to allocate funding for its implementation.

This might seem like small potatoes, but… A reset of shaving waivers will disproportionately impact Black Airmen who are more likely to suffer from PFB (ingrown hairs). Daily shaving causes bleeding, scarring & pain. Making waivers accessible was hard-won progress—this reverses it.
