Crazier still, this is basically what Aileen Cannon refused to gag Trump for after he invented FALSE claims about what the FBI did in the search of his home.

Deport Trump to CECOT.
In a move that raises very serious First Amendment issues, ICE executed a major splashy operation in California aiming to arrest a guy for posting fliers with names, pictures, and apparent phone numbers for ICE HSI agents.

I am struggling to think what possible law posting that info could violate.

Greg Casar, who is Chair of the Progressive Caucus, doesn't get enough credit for the good messaging he's doing and where he has done it.
Casar: If anyone ever doubted that Trump, Musk, Bezos, and the billionaires are all on one team, just look at what happened at Amazon today. Bezos immediately caved and walked back a plan to tell Americans how much Trump’s tariffs are costing them. Bezos who spent 40 million on Melania’s documentary

Remember the Georgetown Law students naming and shaming Trump-capitulating law firms? They helped marshal massive support for a firm that's fighting back in court.

Look at these numbers, and read this brief.

Governor Pritzker has officially run out of fvcks. More Democrats, scratch that, more AMERICANS need to follow suit.
in New Hampshire, JB Pritzker hits the "simpering timidity" of many Dems:
“Fellow Democrats, for far too long we’ve been guilty of listening to a bunch of do-nothing political types who would tell us that America’s house is not on fire, even as the flames are licking their faces"

A colleague at Stanford’s business school used The Stanford Daily to argue—poorly—against DEI. The piece was riddled with historical errors and left one searching for fact, so I broke my public writing hiatus to respond.

I hope you’ll read and share the piece.

If the judge is looking for an attorney to prosecute the Trump administration for contempt of court... 🙋‍♂️
What’s next?

(1) The gov can “purge” the contempt by asserting custody of people removed to El Salvador and by allowing them to pursue habeas claims

(2) If not, Boasberg will initiate proceedings to ID contemnor

(3) Refer to DOJ

(4) If DOJ refuses, "appoint another attorney to prosecute"
