A gunman tried to silence my wife in an extreme act of political violence.

Now, Trump has called for my execution because he didn’t like what I had to say.

Gabby and I know, when others try to silence you, you must keep speaking out — and that’s exactly what we’re going to do.

Trump’s “healthcare” plan will bankrupt and kill millions of Americans.

We can eliminate the private insurance industry, and save $650B per year with Medicare for All — which would cover everyone, save families money, and include dental, vision, hearing, prescriptions and longterm care.

Senate Republicans are wrestling with what to do about the Arctic Frost language allowing senators to sue DOJ.

Daines: The “provision that Leader Thune put in there was appropriate.”

Rand: “It certainly looks like it’s pretty unpopular"

Kind of amazing how Speaker Johnson used the phone a friend lifeline to get John Thune to bail him out on Epstein and Thune just backed the truck right over him.

Did the Dems via Sen Jeanne Shaheen cave on the ACA credits? Yes.

But was it a "Send all GOP Reps home for 6 weeks of no work to avoid the Epstein Files Discharge Petition+vote, only to pass it nearly unanimously in the House and then UNANIMOUSLY in the Senate"-level cave?

I'm not sure.

A critical rule vote is taking place in the House right now on re-opening the government.

With 433 seated House Members, 219 are GOP, 214 are Dem and if all Democrats vote, the GOP can't lose more than 5 votes.

4 minutes to go.

Denigrating the media, targeting rivals, undermining trust in the justice system. I’ve seen this playbook before in Putin’s Russia in the early 2000s. America’s democratic institutions may be stronger, but we should never take them—or our rights—for granted. As I told @IAmAmnaNawaz / @NewsHour.
