Michael McCann became a sports law professor in 2005 and has seen this area of law evolve dramatically since that time.

Last week, a very special package from @uncpress.bsky.social arrived! I was traveling and eager to touch the Word files turned into PDF files transformed into real paper between glossy covers. Canal Dreamers is a dream come true for me! My nine-year-old son snapped a perfect memory of the moment. 🗃️

A musician I’m really coming around on in a way that has nothing to do with me aging is Phil Collins, whose arrangement of Can’t Hurry Love was impeccable in a way that is also unrelated to me getting older and who pours himself into his live performances (unrelated to me no longer being young)

When personal jurisdiction meets abortion.

(But all States that I know of deem treating a patient of that State via telemedicine as the practice of medicine in the State requiring a state license. Including, I think, New York.)

you don't need verification if your posts are pure slay tho. saying. like as we learned earlier I'm the most followed music account on here but impersonators know not to even try. they cannot slay like I do. in their hearts they know this. true verification is when they know this in their hearts

1. The Law of the Claw (that is to say, I'm working on a legal history/gaming law/contract law project about kids and mechanical claw machines).
2. There is a howler of a conceptual error hiding in plain sight within 28 U.S.C. § 1332(b) (see if you can spot it).
Bluesky academics, let's get to know each other! Quote this & tell me: 1) a project you are working on & 2) an odd idea/theory you aren't working on but keep thinking about.
