When minutes of early warning saves lives, we can't afford to cut corners.

I’m demanding answers about why these funds were denied, and I will continue to push for modernizing and fully funding NOAA’s Tsunami Warning Centers so we’re ready when disaster strikes.

I met with Victor at the ICE facility in Tacoma earlier this week and appreciated his kindness and strength despite his wrongful detention. I’m grateful to have worked with his family and friends in the Hillsboro community, as well as his legal team, to secure his release.
