Today’s vote is timely because AG Rayfield just announced that he came to a $7 million settlement with Greystar, the largest landlord in America, because the company used RealPage to collude with their competitors to set rents.

Unfortunately, some folx are using the term "Disability Justice" as interchangeable with disability rights, disability inclusion, etc., which waters down the vital framework Sins Invalid champions, & fails those of us whose needs would have slipped through the cracks of disability rights work! 3/
