Oh man. #Pluribus, I love you. This “did you read my book” scene is amazing.

It’s cool that a coworker waited until 4:30
today, a day in which I’ve had basically nothing to do, to start a long conversation about some dumb nonsense they could easily do themselves in 2 seconds.

Remember in the ‘90s when all the moms
got Horny for Covered Bridges because of that book? What a weird time to be alive.

Finding a dress for a formal winter family wedding that has long sleeves, isn't a billion dollars, and would work with one of my late grandma's necklaces challenge: impossible.

I really can't stress how important it is for progressive and leftists to contend for school, library, water, etc etc boards. Hyper local involvement in our communities where we can actually influence lives.

Why does every phone game have like 500 mini games popping up every time I open them? Are people invested in this? Is someone really into these dumb quests? I don’t care if the cat helps the wombat king bake a pie or whatever, just let me move some colorful things around for a few minutes in peace.

Girl, come on. That’s not why. Congrats on having a rich imagination though I guess.

Absolutely cannot wait to bust down the doors for a drink made by a company whose unionized workers are on strike in a store that doesn’t want to hire minorities anymore.
Beginning Monday, a Frozen Peppermint Hot Chocolate drink will be available exclusively at Starbucks cafés inside Target stores.

The chains are hoping the drink can drum up excitement from customers this holiday season.

Everything sucks but today I learned by chance encounter on a dog walk that one of my dog’s puppies got adopted by people in our neighborhood! They got to meet and still knew each other after 5 years apart and it was amazing. Best part of the week!

The thing about Mamdani is that he’s a talented politician but not otherworldly or one in a billion, he’s just a competent guy with popular ideas who ran against an entitled piece of shit and to me it’s a lot more optimistic to imagine 1000 campaigns like his than to view him as a unique phenomenon
