Imagine being worth billions of dollars and deciding to suck up to a guy who ordered the murder and dismemberment of a journalist he didn't like because you might be able to make another billion dollars

Maybe just spend the money you have and keep whatever is left of your integrity?

The shredding of Lincoln’s vision is happening in real time. A government “of” the people, “by” the people, “for” the people is being sold off to billionaires, ruled by fear, and rigged for the few. If we don’t fight back now, we’ll lose the very soul of our democracy.

It was never just about schools, it was never just about libraries, and it isn't actually about the books.

It's about finding a way to banish entire people, entire ideas, out of society, back into the closet or worse.

It’s a recalibration of economic control.

Oligarchs don’t live paycheck to paycheck. They have the capital to buy market dips and recoup faster, acquiring more assets at fire sale prices along the way.

When the dust finally settles, they will own more.

The rest of us will own less. A lot less.

The markets are collapsing.

Our soldiers are dying.

Our sensitive information is being leaked over text message and gmail.

Random people are being kidnapped and sent to foreign torture prisons.

And Trump is fucking golfing.

GOLDMAN hikes its odds of US recession to 35% — from a prior 20%.

The move reflects “the sharp recent deterioration in household and business confidence, and statements from White House officials indicating greater willingness to tolerate near-term economic weakness in pursuit of their policies.”

It’s worth stating this simply: For literally anyone in the US Govt from 1945 to 2025, Signalgate would require an instant resignation—and a criminal investigation. It would be a matter of personal *honor* to resign. The fact Mike Waltz & Pete Hegseth are choosing to fight it out is a terrible omen.
