Oh no. My favorite Christmas song isn’t on Apple Music anymore. I can listen to it on YouTube but its presence is missed on the playlist.

This is incredibly sad.
In the last 31 days, since November 22, 2025, 15 ICE deportation flights have loaded at MSP.

Based on the number of DHS/ICE vehicles that have served each flight, and several direct passenger counts, I estimate that a total of 500 or so of our neighbors have been deported in this time frame.

Can’t leave your house? Are you good with maps? You can sign up to dispatch people when a rapid response request comes in. You’ll hop on a call, watch a map, and check a license plate data base while directing people on foot and in cars where support is needed.

Is this good?
FBI investigations have been slowed or stalled by the second-longest U.S. government shutdown in history, leaving the bureau without funds to pay informants or make undercover drug or gun buys, gaps that an FBI spokesperson said are putting national security at risk.

curious about why parents don't let kids ride, I found the article in local news and there were a lot of comments from parents at this school who are under the impression that school buses often crash and kill kids or that the conditions on the bus are somehow detrimental in a way that school isnt

This is the correct take. There's a special tragedy to St Paul's downward spiral that the DSA left, the ossified Save Our Summit right, and even the city's planners don't understand or are simply unwilling to face. A 🧵
Bottom line is there is a need in St. Paul to work with private developers/capital as unsavory as that may be, as the tax base is currently not there. This cannot be magicked away or ignored.
