I was talking with a friend today, said that I am glad that my father isn’t alive to see this. My 1st generation American father in the army and proudly flew the flag in our front yard. her father lied about his age and enlisted at 16 to fight for democracy . I honor them and weep for us

This whole thing was a deliberate set-up, and the real audience for it was not the American people. It was the global fascist movement.
No, the meeting did not go badly for Ukraine. It exposed in the most undeniable, unequivocal way possible the pro-Putin commitments of the president and vice president. That was information Americans and allies needed to have clear before them.

Every president makes mistakes, democrats and republicans. I accept that. But what I know for sure: democrats make decisions to hurt the least number of people; republicans make decisions about how many they can hurt (while protecting their rich friends)
