38 today.
There were times (more than I can count) that I didnt think I'd live to see 30, let alone 38. It took getting diagnosed with AuDHD and cPTSD at 34 to figure out why I felt that way.
But here I am. And I feel good about it. I'm glad I'm still here.

New job, working in a quiet office, with no hotdesking, with designated offices for executives, with natural light and peace and quiet. There is a lot to be said for working in a calm space, especially after two years of hot desking.
