Today in Star Trek Adventures, the Crew of the USS Horizon run afoul of soldiers unaware a war is over. They discovered that Betazed has an Australia, realise that they've had an Orion first officer this whole time and that @reclusivesocialite.bsky.social can't shut up when fascists are around.

Today in Star Trek Adventures, the Crew of the USS Horizon run afoul of soldiers unaware a war is over. They discovered that Betazed has an Australia, realise that they've had an Orion first officer this whole time and that @reclusivesocialite.bsky.social can't shut up when fascists are around.
Four seasons of Lower Decks down, one to go. I'm really happy that it evolved from the first season into a genuinely great show that knows how to tell jokes instead of just expecting referencing something to be inherently funny.

No hate to the show itself, but the Starfleet Academy opening theme is hands down the worst theme a Star Trek shows has ever had. It's not one piece of music, it's four scraps that have been poorly stitched together. I have liked every Trek theme until now. It's dire.

I wish I lived in the alternate universe where there was a live-action Iron Man TV show in the 1990's and Tony Stark was played by Bruce Campbell.

Watching the Australian Liberal Party try to save themselves is like watching Pakleds try to shuffle deck chairs on the Titanic. Yes, I understand that this probably makes sense to almost nobody. And yes, for those of you outside of Australia, the Liberal party is the main conservative party.
