I knew Matt Goodwin promoted the far right Great Replacement Theory but until @huwcdavies.bsky.social pointed it out, I didn't realise he'd actually interviewed the originator of the theory on his GB News show and plugged it like he's PT Barnum. A vote for Goodwin is a vote for white nationalism

One of these sponges up vast amounts of water, releasing it slowly, the other does not. One reduces flooding, the other *increases* it.

By the time Starmer is replaced this summer, we'll have had two wasted years, in which a country crying out for transformation instead got more of the same, or even worse where environmental legislation is concerned, and a high possibility of Farage running the next government.

The leader of the greens thinks he can persuade Putin to give up weapons. The leader of reform thinks he can cut public spending without cutting services. Labour risks falling into same trap in its immigration and asylum policies. To actually change the world we need less bravado and more scrutiny.
