I think there are 3 reasons why Turkey is so pro-Ukraine.
Turkey is a geopolitical rival of Russia and wants Russia to lose as much influence as possible.
Turkey is investing a lot into Ukraine and would like to have influence.
Turkey would like Ukraine in the E.U to shoehorn a good deal for them.

France is the only Nato member that can't be pushed around by the U.S. The French never bought American weapons. They produce their own. Much of what happens in the coming months will depend on the French. So you better hope they have the courage to do the right thing.
