Just figured i may as well update on my last #sims4 post, which you can find here: bsky.app/profile/raye... where i inadvertently killed Johnny Zest with laughter 2 weeks into my time with him while trying to build a comedy club for him. long story short, he has a club. at least the start of one.
But overall the class was successful, I made over 2,000 simoleons on the first class! ....then instantly died of laughter. He lasted 2 weeks. RIP Johnny Zest.

Anyone who has played #sims4 knows sometimes something happens that's so absurd you have to share. Let me tell you the tale of my Johnny Zest playthrough. For those not in the know, Johnny is a pre-made Sim in the Sims 4, he is the son of the Landgraabs, the wealthiest family in the game.

Minor vent. I love mods in games. I also hate them sometimes. From Skyrim, to Civilization, to the Sims, I usually end up with a good number of mods. Well. Sims 4, which I haven't played in like, a year-ish, is having a 25th anniversary event. And I want that inflatable chair, dammit.

Feeling patriotic, wanted to play a Canadian game. Then thought, one of the ways I support Ukraine is buying Ukrainian games/music, and realized people in other countries can do this for Canada. So I did a little research and am sharing my findings. Where possible will use GoG, but Steam when not.
