It’s so hard when a loved one is so clearly in pain (physical, emotional, whatever). I miss the ones I’ve lost but I also remember how… not themselves they were toward the end. May your memories of the pain-free days outweigh your ones of the end.

HIV meds and PEP & PrEP are nothing short of miraculous. If we’re gonna get out of this mess and stay out of this mess, we’re gonna need a second New Deal. That package should include aggressive HIV eradication efforts. We could end this disease in my lifetime.
