There's a FUNDAMENTAL issue with testing the "intelligence" of any machine where you can't expose the underlying thought process by the way, which is that you're limited to testing whether it produces correct answers

Yes, because as we all know there was no organic backlash against the police in the 2020 election/s. And there were only cuts to police in a tiny minority of districts most of which were rolled back the next year. Defund the Police never actually happened.
