we do not need to be aware of every republican stunt legislation and you should use some discernment on sharing things that are crafted to raise your blood pressure! if you want to do education about how stunt legislation can lead to real shit you need to provide context and not just legal text

i recommend waiting until you hear from someone in the state legislation is being introduced in who can give you a vibe check on whether it actually is something worth your time and energy. this still applies even if the person bringing it to your attention is trans
