I have been diving back into healing work as I process the passing of my Grandfather which has seemed to awaken a lot of trauma and highlighted a lot of unhealed inner work I need to address , so I thought I would just share some insights on some of the crystals I use as I go ! :)

DO NOT BE AFRAID TO SUCK.
You have spent years reading books, watching movies & TV, developing taste to know good from bad. NO ONE GETS TO READ YOUR WRITING UNTIL YOU LET THEM. Trust your taste & write fearlessly.
