It seems we have discrepancy in the understanding of how this works here in the US government system.
The American people DO NOT TAKE an oath to uphold the law and constitution, the elected officials do.
They're the overseers for the American people, that's their job.

Name and crimes. Make a fucking list. Dems should prosecute them, but every ICE agent should be hounded out of society. That old asshole at the mall upset because he was recognized and they filmed him? Every single ICE/CBP/associated agent for the rest of their lives.
I will vote for whoever is first to pledge to make public every ICE agent's name.
