When the Detroit Board of Police Commissioners was discussing facial recognition people were warning this would happen.
I know bc I covered the hearings for the Detroit Documenters.

Vice Chair Smith states that his shooting was not a department based shooting. Prosecutor has made her findings. No audio from the audience but it sounds like there is some back and forth - Smith states that she is out of order.

4. DPD finally released footage of Sherman Lee Butler's murder at the hands of DPD. DPD allowed bailiff to rush them into using tasers, these policies resulted in Sherman's death.
