I can't believe that you think that selling out the American people AND all the millions of peoplel who voted for Democratic candidates and propositions is the right thing to do here and now when we are in a pitched battle against fascism.
I guess you're not with us after all.

Many Dodger fans are thrilled that their favorite team won a second World Series in a row, while others are torn about the fact that owner Mark Walter makes profits from the incarceration of Latinos and other immigrants in private prisons. Congrats Dodgers, but you can do better!

Public service deserves our thanks.
For the last several months, federal workers have been through hell. Things have only gotten worse during the shutdown.

When I left the Department of Labor, I shared some parting words with the civil servants who worked alongside me.

These words of gratitude feel especially relevant today.

Ex-pres of Phillipines, Duterte, is locked up in the Hague in order to stand trial for the same kind of extra-judicial killings of accused drug dealers without any kind of due process. Trump is a criminal.
Rand Paul: "When you kill someone, if you're not in a declared war, you really need to know someone's name at least. You have to accuse them of something. You have to present evidence. So all of these people have been blown up without any evidence of a crime."

Generational grievance ignores capitalism, the system, and the ruling class, and ignores poor baby boomers and boomers of color who did not wield systemic power. Way to go NYT. Continue to stoke grievances w/o any illumination of why things are the way they are.
The New York Times continues the decades-old effort to divert anger against the rich into generational conflict. www.nytimes.com/2025/10/17/o... Insofar as young people have it hard today, it is because we rigged the economy to give the rich all the money, not because of baby boomers.
