The admission that this game wasted circa 130GB of disc space for no particular reason or benefit is kind of funny because it raises very uncomfortable questions other AAA tier game developers are not brave enough to answer.

Editor's Note: Any assertions that the Everdrive would not save on the Analogue 3D are incorrect. PiB has been playing so many games that leverage a memory pak that she forgot she has to hit RESET on the N64 to get progress to save on that thing.

On a stock N64, Resident Evil 2 would occasionally freeze frame while it was loading more assets into ram, on the analogue 3d it just blacks out the screen, which is a little weird but not wholly disqualifying.

-my everdrive ran fine but could not save locally
-re2 has 2-frame black screens loading some scenes into ram
-overclock feature helps many games avoid slowdowns
-hybrid heaven in high res can run at a double digit framerate now!
