Don’t outsource control.
Agencies often outsource projects so thoroughly that they give up their ability to control the projects’ outcomes. What does it look like to retain control?

La France et l'Europe sont faibles car notamment dépendantes des hydrocarbures russes et américains. La France continue par exemple d'acheter du gaz russe via Total Energies. Le plan vélo est donc, il me semble, aligné avec notre stratégie de défense et le renforcement de notre armé.
Quand L. Salamé demande à S. Lecornu où l’Etat prendra l’argent pour l’effort militaire, l’unique exemple donné par ce ministre depuis 8 ans de dépense hors sujet à arrêter est « Le Plan Vélo », prononcé en ayant l’air interloqué.
