Just saw this latest piece of overt right-wing racism, saying the genocide of US Indigenous peoples didn’t go far enough. That they’re this comfortable saying the quiet part out loud is an indictment on the rest of us.

Today we said goodbye to our sweet Surya, who at the ripe old age of 18 went to be with her brother across the rainbow bridge. She was a cat’s cat, full of equal parts love and dismemberment, and we will miss her greatly.
