Critical for patients and caregivers to know this regarding EMRs.
I feel like people should be more aware that documentation in their “medical record,” no matter how new or expensive an EMR or how hard their clinician tries, has been designed for insurance billing instead of for a legible record of a person’s medical needs, and how often that impedes patient care

We have made it officially & my daughter now permanently resides in the next state over so she can access quality and compassionate medical care.
