I'm so glad I remembered my therapist is very professional/a very vanilla gay man. Talked about my need for validation today. And, I almost mentioned that I have a strong praise kink.... That would have been awkward...

The left is Jan 1st: ~273. The Right is 12/29 ~243. I'll take losing 30lbs this year. Especially given work AND mental health struggles (Therapy is rough rn). Unfortunately, this is my MAL body.
