Any diagonalizable matrix is now a diagonal matrix. Including all symmetric matrices. Do with that what you will.

Now we have virtual comment! Ken Abreu with the Sierra Club says the project is overall very good. He likes that it's tall and dense, but recommends more open space. Ultimately he says we have a housing crisis, and that we should try to get more units onsite.

A regrettable sign of the times, but it shouldn’t be misreported: they aren’t restricting most CS papers. They are restricting ONLY review/survey papers and position papers, which weren’t common in CS anyway prior to the AI onslaught. No new restrictions on CS papers consisting of original research.
