Something that would be fascinating to cover, but something I am not personally sourced for, are the arrests of activists or press by federal agents. I did try staking out one activists home, but she was arrested at a hotel instead.

My theory several years ago when I set up TSN was that understanding how harm was organised means opportunities to challenge, deconstruct, disrupt the organisation of harm. To make it clear where systems controlling trans life are being set up without trans input that this was a vehicle for harm.

It's really haunting to me that one of the key things that the Cass Review, the Appleby Report, the Sullivan Report etc have been designed specifically to do is to hide the harm that has been arranged to happen to trans people.

Exactly this: people demonstrate prioritisation of some lives over others all the time. We don't need to be theorising inside the frame of their moral intentionality we need to interpret things through whose lives are allowed to be destroyed for the sake of others.
