Do you think I’d explain my masterstroke if there remained the slightest chance of you affecting its outcome? I made the NYPD woke 35 minutes ago.

I've spent the equivalent of two and a bit days doing my second playthrough of STALKER 2 (Ward ending) and I just can't finish it. You betray too many people and have to do too many cruel things. I'm right at the end and just dipped.

Life After Fighting is a great martial arts flick, btw. There are a few weak spots here and there, but the fights rule.

I forgot that melbournian drivers are collosal shitheads. I almost got hit while at a pedestrian crossing by a dipshit who ran a red/yellow light in a truck.

I took one step off the curb when the beeper went off and then had to jerk back when I saw the truck coming.

Juror #2 is really very good. Definitely one of Eastwood's best. Honestly, it's wild that it didn't receive a proper release from WB, but I suppose it's a sign of how fucked things are getting with respect to the arts.

Seems like a nice place. I think I'll wander through the poppies; and maybe have a nap.

Metro: Awakening is a very impressive take on the Metro series. The Vertigo Games team did an incredible job translating the mood, philosophy, and feel of the Metro to VR, and should feel very pleased with themselves.

Giant spiders are terrifying in VR, though.😬

God, Neva is pretty.

I'm only an hour or so in, but I'm gonna try a bit of direct marketing...

You should play Neva. It's extremely pretty, the controls feel great, the music is excellent, and there's a dedicated button to pat the titular dog.

I hate to say it, but I'm thinking of Jérémie Périn's Mars Express again and how good it was. I strongly recommend you see it if you're into animated tech-noir films.

I was looking for reference pieces for a commission I'm sorting out when I stumbled on this painting. At the risk of revealing one of my many weaknesses (namely, art critique), the red reminds me of Rothko, and I love it.

Someone I know recently revealed that they use Am I The Asshole stories to generate court drama for dynastic settings, and I'm extremely annoyed at how well it works.

One of the best parts of the WGA deal: AI has now hit a brick wall in Hollywood, *and that includes adaptations.*

Based on the deal, AI can't be source material. So if you're a publisher, AI novels or graphic novels or whatever just became that much less appealing because *they can't be optioned.*

It took me about 60 hours, but I finally finished Baldur's Gate 3 and I enjoyed the hell out of it. It's a remarkably polished experience considering the sheer size of the game and they did an incredible job rewarding hard work.
