This is near 100% confirmation that Tesla won't get a permit to roll out FSD Supervised in Europe.

My hunch is that the Regulator needs Tesla's FSD data, which Tesla has refused to submit even to regulators in California since 2014.

I wonder what Tesla has to hide?

During his confirmation hearing, RFK Jr. swore under oath that he would not remove or alter CDC language stating that vaccines do NOT cause autism.

He lied.
The CDC website under RFK Jr. now argues that we “can’t say vaccines don’t cause autism” because studies haven’t ruled out every possible scenario.
It’s wild to see this misunderstanding of science on a federal health website, but it’s also an opportunity to explain how the scientific process works

Our kids deserve classrooms, teachers, and opportunity — not a government that diverts billions into a Department of War. Trump is once again choosing power and punishment over people.
This administration is dismantling the Department of Education and creating a Department of War.

What does this say about the future they’re creating for our children?

This small rattlesnake was spotted by a homeowner who was doing some landscaping. It was initially seen, however, in the side yard as it slid past him and disappeared. Marissa arrived and eventually found it coiled at the base of this palm.

The homeowner was watering some plants when she spotted the Mojave Rattlesnake coiled under a plant by a drip system. There was only a small patch of suitable habitat left, around a half mile away, that was actively being bulldozed when Marissa went to pick up this snake.

This neonate Western Diamondback Rattlesnake was found coiled up in a Buckeye backyard. The little one doesn't quite know where to go yet, and they often don't make it through their first season. Marissa helped it find a better spot to hopefully see its first spring in a few months.

A late night call to Queen Creek had Maggie catching the heaviest rattlesnake she's seen all season. This big Western Diamondback Rattlesnake was looking for a way out of the backyard when she arrived, but couldn't fit! She helped get it to a better spot outside of the neighborhood.

Back in September, homeowners called with a baby rattlesnake on the front patio. They were about to have a birthday party, so it was important to have a safe area before the kids arrived. Maggie went out and retrieved this young Mojave Rattlesnake and got it to a better spot.

Late-night Western Diamondback Rattlesnake for CJ in north Phoenix. Though there was a sliver of habitat not too far away, the home was certainly not the first place he would have suspected to find one.

Arizona Black Rattlesnakes are amazingly variable in appearance across their range. Most that are seen and photographed are in the relatively well-populated areas of the Mogollon Rim between Flagstaff, Prescott, and Payson. In other parts of their range, however, they look a bit less familiar.

A property manager called about a rattlesnake curled up next to the front door. When Maggie arrived, she found a speckled rattlesnake resting in the shade. The property backs up directly against a steep, rocky mountain, where this species of rattlesnake can be found.

Just a reminder – any decoration that looks like a snake may be a real rattlesnake. We were called to get this speckled rattlesnake hiding in the decorations last Halloween.

A newborn Mojave Rattlesnake, shortly after leaving its mother and siblings for the first time, found in a warehouse storage room back in August. Austin was sent out to help it get to a new situation, a large network of rodent burrows within its natural home range.

Three of the half dozen or so Western Diamondback Rattlesnakes that occupy this den each winter. These snakes spend a lot of time during the early spring basking and making short movements to thermoregulate and for social reasons, where they are vulnerable to predators and other threats.

The tiny face of a Sonoran Coralsnake. These tiny snakes are highly venomous, but reluctant to bite. Avoiding this is simple: don't make the stupid decision to pick one up. If you can do that, there is no danger from these little snakes.

Pool pump areas are usually out of the way, tucked behind walls or bushes, and seldom visited. That is, of course, unless you're working in pool maintenance, in which case the odds of seeing a rattlesnake in a backyard can go way up.

A call came in for a pair of Western Diamondback Rattlesnakes at a property in Tucson. They were both resting alongside a planter box in the yard, likely taking advantage of the higher ambient moisture. Gary safely captured them and took them to a perfect spot within their estimated home range.

A mother Western Diamondback Rattlesnake and two of her babies were spotted (just barely) in dense vegetation at a home in Rio Verde. There was a massive storm the previous night that blew debris from nearby construction into the yard, and may have played a part in why the snakes were there.

A Western Diamondback Rattlesnake was spotted by a homeowner coiled up on the back patio. The yard doesn't yet have rattlesnake fencing, so the side gates might as well be propped wide open for an animal that's only an inch tall.

A Western Diamondback Rattlesnake was first spotted just outside the front door behind a potted plant, as they often are, but moved elsewhere after it was startled. It settled in between these pavers, which is where Cheyenne found it when she arrived a short time later.
