the only good thing about genAI is that it got me to really love seeing bad art, because I know a person put in time and effort, made themselves vulnerable by showing it to others, and is trying to improve. I value that more than anything now

The one bad thing about being an empathetic person is that I find myself having trouble sleeping worrying about other people's problems that are not mind to deal with, and taking on responsibility to deal with tons of stuff that others should be helping me with simply because they expect me to.
