I was on EVERY email invite for the coalition and I can tell you that VOTE was as well. They were in that water.

The LA Dems were NOT.

The credit truly goes to the Vera Institute of Louisiana
Voice of the Experienced can have some of the credit too, but I agree, not so much the state party.

They thought they were going to pull a fast one.

They thought they could sneak in these shady amendments without anyone noticing.

They thought they could get away with an easy win.

But YOU showed up and YOU said #NoToThemAll

Thank you Louisiana, you did it! ✅🎉

Louisiana we really did it! Love knowing what a bad night Jim Crow Jeff Landry is having.

Louisiana we gotta do the thing and vote NO on March 29th against all four of Landry’s smoke & mirrors ballot amendments. Don’t let this grotesque legislature have the power to put children of ANY age into adult jails and prisons. #NoToThemAllYall

A protester unfurled a combined Palestinian and Sudanese flag on the field during Kendrick Lamar's Super Bowl halftime performance. The NFL said in a statement that the person was part of the 400-member field cast. nyti.ms/3CVV6Au

Very this. The shapes of Louisiana’s voter maps make it super clear that super GOP majority Legislature, Gov, and Judges intentionally suppress Black voters. What is the “community of interest” that is part of Shreveport, part of Baton Rouge, and then a huge squiggle??

How Do You Organize in a Remote Workplace?

Organizing in remote workplaces is based on the same principles of in-person organizing, but it can be daunting to reach out to people you’ve never met.

Lisa Moss, a DV survivor sentenced to Life With Out Parole, finally walked free today after spending 34 years in prison. She’s the first to be resentenced under the Oklahoma Survivors Act. I believe Louisiana can be next to pass our Justice for Survivors Act!
