Goodbye, Monkey Cage - not as infinite as I imagined

Very sad that I felt I had no choice but to resign from The Infinite Monkey Cage - a victory for the transphobes and other bigots - I did it because so much of the media has chosen to believe the kind and empathetic people are a fiction - they are real and so often unrepresented.

The “problem” with vaccines? They so effective at preventing deaths that they create generations of people that question whether disease was a problem in the first place because they have never experienced the horrors of a world without vaccines.

Online experience for streaming through arsenal has been abysmal. Never ending error loops. No ay in on the apps, mobile or online. I've attempted repurchasing a package I've already purchased for another attempt at getting the experience working, no dice.

Frustrating. Just want to watch the team.

This is where we are now in the sports journalism world. We've basically reached the "pay to play" stage, when gigging was no longer a source of income, but an expense, all in the name of "exposure".

Pretty sure that Alan March Ltd don't offer their services for free, however.
Please give up 80-100 evenings and weekend days over the season…

Wait, what? You thought you’d get paid 😂

Freelancing does not mean working for free.

Gyökeres clearly wants to be at Arsenal, and deserves a lot of goodwill for pushing to make it happen.

Remember that Madueke did too, and deserves that same credit.

Trossard deserves a lot of credit for the touchline playmaking. Couple of passes-before-the-pass that set everything into motion. He's not doing typical 1v1 dribbling, just manipulating the ball a little before firing it in on either foot. Playing to his strengths, hard to defend.

Not going to lie, the current mood in general in the Arsenal Fan base is at odds with how I'm feeling about the team. They've been excellent in very, very trying circumstances. The mood feels, I don't know. More demanding that accurately reflective. #Arsenal

Imagine working in a job in which you have complete autonomy & act with impunity deciding the fates of others who’ve worked a million times harder & sacrificed a million times more to be there & feeling ‘A little bit aggrieved’ when you’re criticised for making a monumental fuck up.

I have a big ask. My 9yo son is autistic and he’s been raising a betta fish he named Kevin. Yesterday He asked if he could “share a photo of Kevin with the whole world“. I don’t know if this will work, but a dad’s gotta try. Like and share if that’s your thing. Kevin says hi! 🐟👋

I put it to you that a goal that goes in off Emi Martinez is even better than one that goes in off the post.

I deleted the screenshot of the bad tweet asking whether Arteta should be questioned/got rid of if he doesn’t win a trophy this season for spending and having “nothing to show for it” because some of you are trying to escape such stupidity here.

He’s not getting sacked, nor should he 👍🏻
