While plotting on scene cards, I crave the quick editability of a digital system. While working in Plottr, I crave the physicality of index cards & being able to SEE the entire plot in one view. Both have pros and cons. Anyone got a hybrid system you like?

The ideas kinda kick up dust in my already full brain, so I make note of them in my phone with the pieces I receive. Sometimes, it adds to an existing story, and sometimes, it becomes its own thing.

Usually, I start by brain dumping everything I can think of into a physical notebook. Then I organize it into an outline like shape in Plottr, starting with major plot points and then filling in what happens in between. The I use Aeon Timeline to put dates on everything.
