It's very disappointing that The Complex looks set to close. It feels as if living in Dublin disappointment is quite a regular experience, and it would be nice if there was a bit more effort at local and national level to make it less disappointing.
The tenants of "The Complex" the brilliant arts space just off Capel St Stop are being evicted in January and the city can't afford to lose yet *another* cultural space.

It's very disappointing that The Complex looks set to close. It feels as if living in Dublin disappointment is quite a regular experience, and it would be nice if there was a bit more effort at local and national level to make it less disappointing.

I am sure it is all the fault of judicial reviews somehow.
Four months after it was promised, we finally have the government's transport investment plan between now and 2030. It's bad. Roads are in, public transport is out. A lot of public transport projects being put on the long-finger to make funding available for new roads.

Irish Baroque Orchestra did Bach B Minor tonight and it was very good. Excellent counter tenor. Also excellent but well hidden trumpets.

Had a fun afternoon watching the two plays of The Boy at @abbeytheatre.bsky.social which was excellent and Eileen Walsh was fantastic. Good mooning too.
