My friend made a book! It’ll help you with your Thanksgiving leftovers!!
One delightful side effect of telling folks about #AfterTheFeast is that people are discovering #AngryJellyDonut when they go to my Books page. Twenty-nine new downloads in the last week! @skleinedler.bsky.social
I made a li'l cookbook! *After the Feast* suggests ways to use up leftovers from your big turkey dinners.

The PDF is FREE. If you buy a print copy, $2 will support food security initiatives through the Qajuqturvik Community Food Centre.

Please spread the word! 🍗

Hey #BikeHFX, has anyone registered their bike on a bike registry website? Is it a good idea to do that? What is a good registry for Halifax?

I made stock twice in as many weeks, which meant I made these delightful vegetable crackers twice, using the spent veg from the stock-making process.

The ones on the left are rosemary–parm and the ones on the right are cheddar–sage.

Also sunglasses 😎.
"but the pedestrian didn't make eye contact before crossing"
Because it is not usually possible, drivers look ahead not to the sides of road. Frustrating to see the same old same old "education" messaging from police.

Walmart spent $35.3B on stock buybacks from 2019 to 2024, enough to give each of its 2.2M employees annual bonuses of $2,719.

Last year, Walmart CEO Doug McMillon pocketed $27.4M — 930x the company's median employee pay of just $29,469.

Textbook corporate greed.
